My order showed up on time, which was great, but one of the items wasn’t the one I originally picked. I reached out to support and they got it sorted after a few messages, so it ended up being okay overall. Still, it wasn’t exactly a perfect experience. Has anyone else had this happen with their order?

They did a good job explaining everything in a way that was easy to follow, which I really appreciated. Even the smaller details were laid out clearly. The only thing I’d mention is that replies could’ve been a little quicker, but overall it was a positive experience.

For the price, I think it’s worth it. I wasn’t expecting anything amazing, but it does the job fine. No major issues so far, which is nice. I mean, sure, it’s not perfect, but nothing really stood out as a problem. Overall, I’m happy with it.
